    Business Development Representative

    Job Description

    As a Business Development Representative, your main goal is to create/raise brand awareness for Alias in Dallas, TX. Ensure we’re at the forefront of all cybersecurity and digital forensic conversations by attending technology functions, local group meetups, conferences, and more. You’ll also help educate potential and current clients about the Alias culture, goals, and technology capabilities. Alongside this, you’ll also assist the Alias team by setting up potential client meetings and working with marketing to put on events. Must have 3-6 years of relevant experience.

    Daily Duties
    This role consists of daily duties which include but are not limited to:

    • Attend networking events and conferences on behalf of the company
    • Visit and build rapport with current clients
    • Perform follow ups and set meetings with prospective clients
    • Meet with prospective and current clients occasionally to maintain a relationship
    • Update information in CRM
    • Assist with Sales and Marketing strategies
    • Setup, review and adjust proposals for perspective clients
    • Assist in the planning and logistics of marketing events
    • Manage exhibitor booths as necessary at events and conferences
    • Answer office phones and field sales inquiries as they come in
    • Assist in the development and achievement of sales goals

     

    This is a Full-Time Salary based position and has a requirement of at least 40 hours a week. This position, on occasion, will require you to work after hours but notice will be provided by management.

    This employment comes with a 90-day probation period. After the initial 90 days the employee will be eligible for paid vacation, sick time, and other benefits. Furthermore, this job is a Full-Time position with working hour from 8:00AM – 5:00PM with weekends off and paid holidays.

    Senior Security Engineer

    Job Description

    Are you interested in working for one of the best information security companies in the Midwest? We’re looking for a qualified Senior Security Engineer based out of our corporate office in Oklahoma City! Performing security penetration tests, onsite consulting, and aiding the security operation center team are just a few aspects of the job. We are looking for a Senior Security Engineer with 5-10 years of relevant work experience with security or information technology.

    Daily Duties

    Contract Manager

    Job Description

    The Contract Manager is responsible for growing top line revenue through the negotiation, analysis, preparation and revision of contracts that align with the strategic direction of the company. Contracts may involve the sale or purchase of cyber security and information technology related products and services. The Contract Manager will be responsible for managing all phases of the company’s proposal process and oversees all proposal activities to develop RFPs.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Provides responses to bids, proposals and contract negotiations.
    • Prepares requests for proposals for distribution to vendors.
    • Develops a set of standard contracts for the company.
    • Analyzes all requirements and provisions in contracts, including terms and conditions, to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations and company policies and procedures.
    • Ensures that contracts are executed in accordance with corporate guidelines.
    • Conducts research prior to writing contracts.
    • Audits existing contracts and oversees contract modifications.
    • Analyzes a contract’s risk to the business.
    • Visits client sites and meets with business partners.
    • Monitors the performance of each signed contract.
    • Ensures that business goals are accomplished by contract implementation.
    • Trains and supervises other contract professionals.
    • Communicates contract implementations to subordinates.
    • Maintains a computer database for the company’s contract management system.
    • Conducts analysis of new laws, regulations and contract trends to determine potential impact on the business.
    • Coordinates with the finance department to ensure correct billing and collection of contractual revenues.
    • Ensures that contracts are in line with corporate goals and objectives.
    • Leads complex contract negotiations and manages all changes in and addendums to existing contracts.
    • Identifies potential improvements to existing policies.
    • Prepares reports on the status of contracts for management.
    • Conducts special projects as assigned.
    • Negotiates and oversees leasing agreements.

    Education and Experience

    Required

    • Bachelor’s degree in business
    • Experience in contract preparation, negotiation and management
    • Familiarity with vendor and customer relationship management software
    • Strong research and negotiation skills

    Preferred

    • Master’s degree in business administration.
    • Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM)designation through the National Contract Management Association.
    • Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) designation through the National Contract Management Association.
    • Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) designation through the National Contract Management Association.

    This is a Full-Time Salary based position and has a requirement of at least 40 hours a week. The anticipated salary range for this position is $60-70k annually. This position, on occasion, will require you to work after hours but notice will be provided by management.
