The upcoming Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) is the newest regulatory standard that Department of Defense (DoD) subcontractors and contractors alike must adhere to in order to maintain eligibility for many government contracts. CMMC aims to help protect against leaks and unauthorized access of Federal Contract Information (FCI) and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). CMMC maturity level requirements are unique to each company and the government contracts in which they are bidding, which is why having a seasoned team with a deep understanding of the cybersecurity frameworks involved with the CMMC standard is vital.
CMMC is still in the development process and will not be officially released for a little while, but we can help your company get ahead of the process. We offer free consultations to help identify where your organization currently stands based upon CMMC models released so far. We also provide initial assessments to verify information provided in the consultation and determine exactly which level of CMMC maturity the cybersecurity controls, processes, and policies used in your organization will meet. If higher levels of CMMC maturity are required than that of which your organization stands currently, our report will work as a road map to get you where you need by the certification deadline!
Once the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification Accreditation Body has released the established requirements for becoming a CMMC Third Party Assessment Organization (C3PAO), we’ll be able to provide certified assessments for your organization on the level of CMMC maturity you are required to meet. This ensures eligibility for government contract bids from a CMMC maturity level perspective, which will begin to take effect in the Fall of 2020.
